Property Litigation Partner / Senior Lawyer
Location: North West (Liverpool, Manchester & Lancashire)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation lawyer (Partner or Managing Associate level) to join a dynamic and fast-growing law firm in the North West.

With an impressive and diverse client base including PLCs, developers, and well-known brands, the firm offers a strong platform for growth and progression.
The Role
The firm is looking to appoint a senior lawyer to lead and develop its Property Litigation practice, working closely with established Commercial Litigation and Real Estate teams.
This is a strategic hire offering significant autonomy and responsibility, with the opportunity to shape and grow an existing client base. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the practice and contributing to the firm’s continued success.
The role can be based across multiple offices in Liverpool, Manchester, and Lancashire, with flexible and hybrid working options available.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced Property Litigation lawyer at Partner or senior level
- Demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Possess excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Be entrepreneurial, with a desire to grow and lead a practice
