- Lead quality improvement projects with a focus on the development and implementation of Patient Group Directions (PGDs) and non-medical prescribing (NMP) practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to align clinical practices with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Utilise your IT skills for efficient data management and reporting, ensuring all pharmaceutical activities are documented according to legal and institutional standards.
- Apply critical thinking to solve problems related to medication management, ensuring optimum patient outcomes. Requirements: - A registered Pharmacist with HCPC and at least two years of experience in a similar environment.
- A driving licence and own vehicle are preferable for travel between sites.
- Proven experience in leading and auditing quality improvement projects.
