Key Responsibilities
As a KS2 Teacher, your core responsibilities will include:

Monitoring pupil progress and using assessment data to guide interventions

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have proven experience teaching Years 3–6 in a primary school
Be confident in classroom management and proactive in addressing challenges
Have experience supporting SEND and EAL pupils
Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching and pupil success
Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery
Desirable attributes include:
Experience leading a subject or school initiative
Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and educational technology
Participation in extracurricular clubs or enrichment programs
