Duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide support to managers and employees by assisting with daily office needs and managing
general administrative activities.
Communication: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle correspondence to ensure effective communication within the
team.
Scheduling: Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff or managers.
Document Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations while maintaining filing systems and
handling confidential documents.
Office Management: Manage office supplies, monitor inventory levels, and order new supplies as necessary.
Process Improvement: Analyse and improve office processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills and experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; higher education or certifications in administrative services or related fields are preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to organize work effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and provide exceptional support to the team.
