Due to growth and an increasing client portfolio, they are looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join the team and contribute to the firm's continued success. The team work on a wide range of commercial property matters, including landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, development, and portfolio management. The role can be tailored to suit your specific interests and expertise, giving you the opportunity to work on high-quality transactions while building client relationships and developing your career. You will work alongside a team of experienced lawyers, contributing to complex property matters for a diverse client base, and helping to deliver outstanding service across the practice. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a range of property matters.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality, commercially focused advice.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the practice.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with relevant experience in commercial property law.
• Strong technical knowledge across any of the following- landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, development, and portfolio management.
• Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice to clients.
• Ambition to progress within a growing team and take on responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
