Management Accountant

Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys analysing financial performance, reporting against actuals, and providing clear insights? We have an exciting opportunity to join B&M on a project basis, supporting the finance team with accurate reporting, reconciliations, and meaningful financial commentary.

As a Management Accountant, you will work closely with the MA Manager to support a key finance project, focusing on reporting actual performance, investigating variances, and providing clear commentary to support decision-making. Alongside this, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliations and involvement in month-end processes

.This role will play an important part in ensuring financial information is accurate, well understood, and clearly communicated to stakeholders

• ed.Generating and distributing financial reports to support project and business requiremen
• ts.Ensuring Oracle module transactions (Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Cash) are accurate prior to transfer to the General Ledg
• er.Investigating errors, identifying root causes, and supporting process improvemen

• ary.Minimum 2 years’ experience in account reconciliation, ideally in a retail or fast-paced environm
• ent.An accounting qualification or be working towards (ACA, ACCA, CI
• MA).Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain financial variances clea
• rly.Experience with Oracle Fusion would be advantageous, though not essent
