Field Service Technician

As an Audio Visual Field Technician, you will play a vital role in the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV systems for corporate clients. This position is perfect for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and grow within a rapidly evolving industry. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of environments, ensuring that our AV solutions are flawlessly executed and exceed client expectations.
• On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical support during events, including troubleshooting and resolving any AV issues. that arise.
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and testing of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our AV solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and trends to bring innovative solutions to the team and clients. Beneficial experience:
Crestron or other control system
