A new opportunity has arisen in the Regulatory team, which is likely to appeal to lawyers at the NQ – 5 years’ PQE level. Applications are welcome from both solicitors and barristers. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload where appropriate and be supported by lead partners in developing your expertise when assisting with more complex cases. Engaged in all aspects, you will be involved with

• Providing advice to a broad range of clients on regulatory matters effecting their business and operations.
• Supporting clients with policy, training and frameworks to ensure compliance.
• Acting for and representing clients and at inquiries, tribunals, police station interviews etc.

Ideally you will have experience in advising and representing commercial clients faced with prosecutions from regulators such as HSE, Food Standards, Local Authorities, Environment Agency etc. We would be delighted to hear from candidates with experience in Transport and/or Environmental prosecutions.
