Sacco Mann is proud to be partnering with a reputable legal practice seeking a dedicated Permanent Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool, Merseyside. This role is ideal for a Solicitor with around 5 years PQE, looking to leverage their expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including but not limited to acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and property financing. They will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal advice, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively. What They're Looking For

• Approximately 5 years of PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong understanding of acquisition, disposal, and leasing transactions
• Excellent client management skills with the ability to build professional relationships
• Solid knowledge of property law and finance
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
