Night Porter
We are currently recruiting for a Night Porter to join our team.
Responsibilites include:
Conduct regular fire and security walks throughout the night
Ensure all guests are checked in to the agreed standard with payment methods secured against bookings
Process no shows ensuring payment is secured against bookings where possible
Monitor the phone lines and repond to customer queries
Implement the night audit
Assist with the processing of reports for the breakfast teams
Respond to power alerts in a timely manner
Assist with late night bar and room service requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience within a hotel setting desirable
Knowlegde of the Opera Cloud system is advantageous, however full training will be provided.
