Pay Rate: £20,535.36

Contract Type: Permanent Part time 30 hours per week
Shift patterns: 5 on 3 off shift pattern covering the hours between 03:00 - 00:00 (Early, Mids and Late Shifts)
Location: Liverpool, L24 1YD

We're now looking for Customer Service Colleagues to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Checking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance
• Representing the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers' journey positively memorable
• Consistently delivering the highest customer service
• Reinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowances
• Assisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence

✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service desirable, preferably in the travel industry
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Are confident dealing with challenging situations
• Work well within a team and have excellent communication skills
• Candidates must be able to attend the assessment day on Monday 6th April

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:

• Be able to provide five years' address history
• Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
