About the Role

The Finance Assistant will provide vital administrative and financial support across the department. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims accurately and promptly.

• Maintaining and updating financial records and databases.

• Assisting with bank reconciliations and other routine finance tasks.

• Responding to finance-related enquiries from staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Supporting the Finance Manager in monitoring budgets, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures and controls.

• Contributing to the smooth running of the department through effective organisation and attention to detail.
