About the role
We are looking for a passionate customer driven individual to work as part of a team of evangelists for Digital Collaboration engagement and support across TVG.
Promote the adoption of collaboration tools across TVG, driving innovation, researching new technologies and adoption of new features within the digital collaboration space
Digital Collaboration Analysts combine creativity, technical expertise and confident communication to help colleagues get the most out of our digital tools. They design and deliver engaging, digitalfirst content such as howto guides, videos and interactive resources that make technology simple, accessible and relevant. Confident in training and presenting, they support and educate colleagues across the business, from frontline teams to SMT, GLT and Executive members when required, adapting their approach to suit different audiences. By blending innovative content creation with strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, Digital Collaboration Analysts drive adoption, improve digital confidence and enable smarter ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Be part of a team of Digital Collaboration Analysts to support the following:
- Adoption and utilisation of digital collaboration tools across TVG estate
- Support Digital Champions by providing:
- Clear escalation routes into the Tech Bar for recurring or high impact issues
- Simple, ready to use comms, tips and guidance they can share with their teams
- Early visibility of upcoming changes, pilots and new features so feedback can be gathered before wider rollout
- Ongoing support, check ins and collaboration to help Champions feel confident in their role
- Escalate to the Tech Bar and Digital Collaboration Lead when issues arise and support accordingly.
- Provide additional user guides and training when required, be creative and engaging delivering in digital ways, such as videos and process maps making them more engaging than traditional paper driven engagement.
- Build new tools using Office 365 when relevant i.e. requests, SharePoint pages, teams’ pages, Power apps and intranet pages, keep up to speed with the change in technical currency.
- Work closely with our People/Comms Teams to underpin their strategy.
- Where required, analysts must also be able to engage professionally with senior stakeholders, including SMT, GLT and Executive members. This may involve demonstrating tools, explaining adoption challenges, presenting insights, or supporting senior leaders directly with digital ways of working. The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and confidently at all levels of the organisation is essential.
Digital collaboration tools
- Own the utilisation of Digital collaborations tools for Tech.
- Manage updates and new functionality with the agreed tool sets, showcase new functionality by using the hints and tips and promote through Viva Engage and digital champions.
- Attend events on upcoming changes to tools and help with the roadmap for the future enhancements.
- Ensure there is no shadow Tech in local tribes deviating away from the strategy define collaboration tools usage.
Innovation
- As a team you will be responsible for coming up with new ideas and ways of creating engagement of all digital collaboration tools.
- Promotion of the team’s offerings and ensuring new ways of working and continuous improvements for our colleagues is at the heart of the team’s mantra.
- Meet with tribes to offer relevant digital collab solutions to their problems
Adoption
- Showcase the use of tools and support people’s requirements to adopt.
- Create user guides and hold training sessions and creative sessions to inspire and support.
- Create videos for ease of play back on how to to support our colleagues
- Promote the weekly hints and tips
- Grow the Tech support hub in usage and drive ideas for engagement
- Recruit and support digital champions for the business for Tech, to enable self-support
About you
- Basic knowledge of web-based technologies including collaboration tools.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Knowledge of the Office 365 suite and technologies.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, which means that you are also a superb organiser with excellent communication skills.
- Appetite to grow and develop the role
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum
- Basic understanding of Mac and Windows operating systems
- Basic understanding of Adobe suite
- You have basic experience in Tech End User and Mobile technologies.
- Competency with one-to-one training and group presentations
- Competency creating user guides, videos, and documentation to encourage self-help.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

You can expect a two-stage interview process for this position:
1st stage - A 60 minute video call / face to face interview with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd Stage – A final stage interview with a more Senior member of the team.
