Site Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager for an industrial project in Liverpool. The successful candidate must have site supervision experience, Civils/Groundworks experience is essential along with a strong knowledge of the latest building regulations. An Immediate start is available.

Role:

- Supervision of the construction on site

- Ability to oversee all civil/groundworks on site.

- Maintaining site diary - recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities

- Attending weekly management team meeting for the construction team

- Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site

- Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards

- Great attention to detail

Requirements:

- Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.

- Site supervision experience with a trades background.

- Must have civil works experience

- Ability to read and understand construction drawings

- Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.

- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.

- Must have the ability to manage the multi-disciplinary teams of contactors & site operatives.
