Our Child Protection Service has 5 teams and we are recruiting a number of family support workers for social work support within these teams to complete direct work with children and families.
The role will include parenting sessions, wishes and feelings of children, home visits and school visits. DBS is required for this role.
We would anticipate that the main visits would be Monday to Friday 9-5 however, we expect some flexibility to work on weekends and from 8am to 10pm when required for families. However, the hours are 36 hours per week
