Registered Veterinary Nurse - Liverpool

We're working with a well-established, purpose-built practice in Merseyside that's proudly independent, clinically ambitious, and ready to welcome another passionate nurse into their growing team.
This is a forward-thinking practice that genuinely puts patient care and team wellbeing first. With a collaborative culture and a focus on doing things properly—not just quickly—you'll be supported to work at your best across wards, theatre, consults, and inpatient care. The team includes certificate holders and nurses pursuing further qualifications, so if you're looking for a role that nurtures your development, you'll be in good company.
The rota offers a four-day week with just 1 in 4 weekends and occasional duty nights when needed. Shifts are designed with realism in mind—giving you time to breathe, learn, and actually enjoy being part of the team. Your voice will be heard, and your clinical interests encouraged.
Whether you're passionate about inpatient care, nurse clinics, or schedule 3 procedures, you'll find plenty of scope to shape your role. And if you're looking to build toward a Clinical Coach, Head Nurse, or referral pathway, this team will back you every step of the way.
