Key Responsibilities include:

- Manage relationships with and develop Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), particularly within retail operations, to support the delivery of technical and role-specific training content
- Play a key part in the creation of innovative digital and blended learning solutions to build high-performing retail teams, keeping up to date with latest external trends and retail best practice
- Maintain a strong commercial focus, ensuring all learning interventions are aligned to the Talent strategy and support key retail priorities such as sales performance, customer experience, and operational excellence
- Continually look for improved ways of working within Talent and across retail and central functions to reduce duplication and drive efficiencies
- Design, deliver, and promote a range of development opportunities and resources, including onboarding, leadership development for store managers, and masterclasses accessible to colleagues at all levels
- Evaluate all talent interventions and use data and insights to inform future decisions and enhance retail performance
- Manage the customer-facing elements of the digital learning platform, including the upload and maintenance of relevant, engaging retail-focused learning content and resources
- Take ownership of your own development by identifying growth areas and sharing new knowledge and retail insights across the Talent Team
