Join a leading UK provider of workplace mental health services, delivering high-quality, one-to-one therapy to employees across diverse sectors. This hybrid role combines remote work with a minimum of one day per week on-site at a client wellbeing centre in Halewood, Liverpool.
**The Role:**
You’ll provide brief, goal-oriented CBT sessions to adults via online and face-to-face appointments. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, benefiting from clinical supervision, CPD, and professional development opportunities. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to innovative workplace wellbeing initiatives.
**What You’ll Do:**
– Deliver high-intensity, evidence-based CBT interventions (online and in-person)
– Manage a varied caseload of motivated adults referred via workplace channels
– Participate in fortnightly supervision and weekly team meetings including CPD and peer support
– Optionally contribute to mental health training sessions or workshops
– Maintain professional clinical standards and accurate records
**What We’re Looking For:**
– BABCP accredited CBT Therapist
– Master’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in CBT
– Experience in workplace or primary care CBT delivery
– Skilled working with adults; experience with children/families desirable but not essential
– EMDR training desirable
– Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to professional growth
**Hours & Flexibility:**
– Hybrid: 2–5 days per week (15–37.5 hours), including one on-site day at Liverpool
– Working hours must include Tuesday or Thursday for team meetings
