Every day’s different—but every day matters.

• Support people in building life skills and independence

• Help at home and out in the community

• Create meaningful connections through conversation and care

• Assist with everyday tasks—meals, appointments, routines

• Keep care plans up to date

• Be a consistent, trusted presence in someone’s life
