Job Type: Full Time, Long Term
Role and Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons specifically adapted for students with diverse SEN.
Adapting curriculum content using frameworks such as P Scales to ensure accessibility and relevance.
Fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student well-being and development.
Collaborating effectively with professional staff and the wider team to deliver comprehensive student support.
Developing multi sensory learning resources and monitoring pupil development.
Providing personal care support when necessary.
Essential Requirements:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
Proven experience working with SEN students in a UK school setting.
Proficiency in curriculum adaptation (e.g., P Scales), inclusive teaching methodologies, and effective classroom management.
Strong patience, empathy, communication, and teamwork abilities.
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to undergo a new check.
Eligibility to Work in UK
Available to work from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
