Stadium Security
: as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the venue Access Control & Screening:
Conducting bag searches, frisking, checking tickets, and scanning for prohibited items (weapons, outside food/drink) at entry points. Crowd Management:
Monitoring spectator density, managing the flow of people during entry (ingress) and exit (egress), and preventing overcrowding in viewing areas. Patrolling & Surveillance:
Maintaining a visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour, monitoring for potential hazards (fire/trip), and securing, restricted, or VIP areas. Emergency Response:
Assisting in emergency evacuations, providing first aid, and collaborating with local authorities. Customer Service:
Welcoming visitors, providing directions, and assisting with enquiries to ensure a positive, safe experience To succeed in this role, you will need the following: DS SIA License 5-year checkable work/career history Experience in a similar role, would an advantage Physically fit to undertake given tasks Possess the ability to work under pressure Strong English communication skills are required both verbal and written About our company At BardWood Support Services we are recruitment specialists, supporting the facilities industry in the UK since 2015.
