We are looking for 3 staff members to work on a new project , within the borough of knowsley, Supporting people at home who are on virtual ward . this will be for six months we are looking for x2 staff to 30hrs over 5 days and 1 staff 24hrs over 4 days
1) Must be car driver and have a uk licence, mileage will be paid
2) Must have all mandatory training and be competent
3) Must be able to use mobile phone teqnolodgy
4) Must have experience of looking after people in there own homes
