Commercial Disputes (2 yrs+ PQE)

Due to growth, a superb opportunity has arisen with a popular and professionally managed, regional law firm.

Managed by recognised individuals in Legal 500 & Chambers, this thriving Commercial Litigation Team is looking to further expand. The quality of work is exceptional acting not only for some major corporates and lenders, but an interesting range of SME clients who need strategic support and guidance with litigation and dispute resolution.

As well as managing you own caseload and liaising directly with clients, you will be involved supporting the lead partners on significant cases requiring a team-based approach. Across the department, there is expertise in handling mediations and ADR as well as litigation proceedings in the Chancery, Commercial, Technology and Construction Courts.

Recent instructions undertaken by the team include:

• Breach of Contract
• Professional Negligence
• Finance and Recovery
• IT & Technology Disputes
• Partnership Disputes
• Directorship and Shareholder issues
• Warranty, Corporate and Derivative claims
• Injunctions
• Contentious Probate & Private Wealth disputes
• Property Litigation

Note – applicants are not expected to have expertise in all areas but to previously handled a broad range of commercial disputes.
