We are seeking a high-calibre School Business Manager for a prestigious Independent school in Liverpool. This role is for an April 2026 start. We are looking for an individual with an inspirational approach to business management, helping the school navigate complex operational requirements within a nurturing yet academically rigorous environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of the school, including lettings and fees

• Lead the site and facilities team to maintain an outstanding quality of environment

• Act as the lead for Health & Safety and compliance across the campus

• Ensure all business processes are efficient and meet regulatory standards

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven background in senior management or school business leadership

• Meticulous attention to detail and advanced ICT skills

• Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: £50,000 – £60,000

• Full-time, permanent position in a scholarly, supportive environment

• Dedicated SLT member responsible for staff wellbeing
