Role Overview

As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering high?quality, regulated financial advice to a broad range of clients. You will build trusted relationships, assess client needs, recommend suitable strategies, and support clients through implementation and review. The role offers autonomy, extensive client exposure, and genuine opportunity for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own advice process end?to?end, from fact finding and analysis through to suitability report production and implementation.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and excellent service.

• Deliver tailored advice across pensions, savings & investments, protection, retirement planning, and tax?efficient strategies.

• Prepare and present suitability reports with clear, compliant recommendations.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth through referrals and proactive business development.

• Keep up to date with regulatory requirements, professional obligations, and market developments.

• Use CRM and financial planning systems to maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance.

Person Specification

• Diploma?qualified (DipFA / CeMAP / equivalent) with demonstrable advisory experience.

• Confidence managing the full regulated advice process.

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Commercial, client?focused, and motivated to develop professionally.

• Proficient with financial planning, research, and CRM systems.
