Practice Manager
- Dispense high-quality eyewear, offering tailored advice based on patients' needs and prescriptions
- Guide, motivate, and support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with staff training and resolve dispensing queries confidently
- Oversee stock management, including ordering, inventory control, and liaising with suppliers
- Ensure accurate patient records are maintained and systems are up to date
- Collaborate closely with the resident optometrist to provide seamless, patient-focused care
- Contribute to business development and help shape the future of the practice
- Competitive salary of £28,000 £32,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + Bonus
- Full-time working hours with a strong work/life balance
