We're seeking a proactive professional to manage a portfolio of residential (and potentially mixed-use) developments across Liverpool and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional property management services.

As the primary point of contact for clients, freeholders, and leaseholders, you'll ensure properties are managed efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Property Inspections & Maintenance - Conduct regular site visits and produce detailed reports
Financial Management - Oversee budgets, service charge accounts, and financial reporting
Insurance Management - Arrange and manage building and Director's & Officer's insurance
Meetings & Client Liaison - Organise and attend AGMs, EGMs, and resident/director meetings
Administration - Handle day-to-day correspondence and administrative tasks
Lease Compliance - Identify and address breaches of lease agreements
Contractor Management - Appoint, liaise with, and monitor contractors
Property Sales Support - Manage lease assignments and sales enquiries
Complaint Resolution - Respond to and resolve issues professionally and efficiently About You
