• Retained by a diverse range of large corporates, regional businesses, individual employees and directors, the team has expertise across all areas of Employment Law. It has secured significant client wins in recent years.

• Gravitas, team leadership and business development skills are essential. A personal following, whilst welcome, is not a pre-requisite.

• We receive excellent feedback about this organisation. The management team provides strong and effective leadership. Alongside dynamic and ambitious drivers, there is a collaborative and down-to-earth culture.

• Applications are welcome from established partners & directors or senior associates with ambition and skills to lead a team. The salaries advertised reflect the range of possible interested lawyers - suffice to say, that if you are in a position to introduce an immediate following, remuneration will be tailored to you.
