Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Contract:Long term/ongoing- Full‑time, 39 hours per week
Hours:Rota between 8am–6pm (term time only)
Hourly Rate:£13.80 + holiday pay
Location:L25
Role Summary
Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities.
- Observe and record children’s progress.
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and high‑quality care.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to daily routines and team tasks.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Experience in an early year’s setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding.

All applicants must hold an enhanced DBS certificate (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered on the DBS update service. Candidates will be asked to provide a minimum of five years references and successfully pass all safeguarding checks
